]]> මේ චිත්‍රපටය නිර්මානය කරලා තියෙන්නේ කොරියානු ඉතිහාසයට අදාල විශිෂ්ඨතම යුධ ජයග්‍රහනයක් උන බොන්ග් ඩොන්ග් වැටලීම අලලා. 1910 වසරේ සිට ජපාන අධිරාජ්‍යය විසින් කොරියාව යටත් විජිතයක් බවට පත්කරගැනීමෙන් පසුව එයට එරෙහිව නැගීසිටින්නට ගොවි ජනතාව පෙලගැසෙනවා. එලෙස ප්‍රතිප්‍රහාර එල්ලකරනා කොරියානු නිදහස් හමුදාවේ ප්‍රධානී හේ ශුල් තමන්ගේ රජයට අරමුදල් රැස්කිරීමට උත්සුක වෙනවා. නමුත් එයත් ලෙහෙසි කාර්‍යයක් නොවන්නේ ඔවුන් අතරම සිටිනා ඔත්තුකරුවන් විසින් ජපාන අධිරාජ්‍යයාට තොරතුරු සැපයීම නිසයි. කෙසේ හෝ තම කණ්ඩායම සමග සටනේ ඉදිරියටයි යන ඔහුට තරුණ ස්නයිපර් වරයෙක් හමුවෙනවා. ඔහුත් හමුදාවෙ නිලතලයක් දරන කොලුගැටයෙක්. නමුත් ඔහුගෙ මෙහෙයුම හේ ශුල්ගේ මෙහෙයුමට වඩා හාත්පසින්ම වෙනස් එකක්. මොකක්ද ඒ අනෙක් මෙහෙයුම?

A phone call comes in on Hye In’s phone with a restriction on the number display (also known by the slang “black call”). She takes the call, and a voice tells her, “There’s a bomb under your seat right now.” And as soon as you stop and get out of the car, it’s going to explode, she is told. In the middle of downtown Busan, the frightened run of Sung Gyu’s family begins. “Restricted Call” is an urban chase thriller about a family in an unpredictable situation due to a mysterious phone call.
